The Copyright House Directory of Registered Works serves as a deterrent against copyright infringement.
Anyone could claim that their works were registered with Copyright House, but our directory gives the opportunity for anyone to check whether this is true or not. The fact that your copyright registration is on public display is an extra deterrent against infringement of your copyright.
It is not compulsory to have your registration details displayed in our directory. We do, however, strongly recommend that they are.
To be in compliance with the new EU privacy law, we have abbreviated the name of the composer and left out the other information from this list. However, your certificates of registration continue to contain all the information of your registrations.
